Made in Germany. The .3" thick bottom of Nowo Titanium is made of stress-relieved, chill-cast aluminum. The cooking surface is a durable, scratch and cut resistant coating of high-tech titanium which is naturally very non-stick. The detachable handles make the pans easy to store and the pans oven safe. The handles are made with a threaded brass insert for a sturdy, firmly affixed handle. Lids are made of safety glass, ovenproof to 480 degrees Fahrenheit.
